Order Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS once per week. Due to fulfillment timelines, orders placed on shipping days will be shipped the following week. Once your order ships, tracking will be provided on your shipping confirmation email.

Order Pickup

Order pickup is available every Tuesday and Thursday at the Franciscan Prairie Building (FPB) between 1-2 pm. If you order close to the pickup time, there may be a delay fulfilling your order until the following pickup date. FPB's address is:

Upon arrival, please use the Main Entrance located at the front of the building near the pond (see map below). A team member will buzz you into the building and help you with your order pickup at the front desk.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available. However, exchanges may be possible – for example, in the case of a sizing issue. To request an exchange, please contact the Pointcore Store team at orders@pointcore.com within 10 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist the best we can. To help prevent issues, please carefully review the size charts and your order summary before submitting any purchases.
